Welcome to Harbor of Happiness, a website dedicated to inspire personal growth – to energize your life! A harbor denotes a place of refuge, safety, shelter or retreat. It can also mean, “to hold in the mind.” Simply put, we all harbor thoughts in our mind; we store them there. But do they bring us joy or suffering?

If your focus is joy, congratulations! If, however, it is suffering, please take the journey with me to find your joy. Bring about change in your life! Examine your present situation and question what you want to do.

If you want joy, you have to begin by being happy. What makes you happy? How would you define happiness?

The dictionary defines happiness as a state of mind that is pleasurable, contented, joyful and bright spirited. Add harbor with happiness, so that both, together, will lead you to a place of refuge where you can create your own happiness. This is my hope!

In the midst of a whirlwind of activity, commitments and challenges, if you, then, could take the time to slow down and find the courage and strength to face each day, you will become renewed in spirit and energy.

I see this website providing the tools to create a harbor of happiness in your life. Search within to find the wisdom and deepest self to build personal growth. Know that you can be the captain of your own ship and sail to a present and future safe harbor. Enjoy the journey as well as the destination!
